ESM student places at Quarterback Challenge

Alexandra DaEira-Loccisano, of Eastport-South Manor High School, placed second overall in the inaugural Long Island Girls Quarterback Challenge on July 23. Quarterbacks from 10 girls flag football teams took part in the competition, which was held at Kings Park High School. Quarterbacks were measured on accuracy and anticipation. DaEira-Loccisano won the anticipation competition.
