The annual Memorial Day Parade took place on Monday, May 25 at 9 a.m.The parade, which was hosted by VFW Post 414, started at the intersection of Lake Avenue and Main Street and proceeded along Main Street to Mt. Pleasant Cemetery.The parade concluded with a ceremony at the cemetery that featured a gun salute and the placement of memorial wreaths to honor deceased soldiers.
