Last week, the William Floyd High School hosted a trunk-or-treat. The event was hosted along with Legis. Jim Mazzarella and had more than 400 children come out for a safe Halloween.
Pictured is Caitlyn, who has bilateral anterior uveitis, and is a sixth-grade student at William Floyd Middle School and the founder of Caitlyn’s Vision, a nonprofit organization that helps children (and their families) who suffer from visual impairment. The organization is focused on promoting and educating children’s eye health and awareness.
