Garden Club visits CEED

On Thursday, May 21, the Moriches Bay Garden Club visited CEED in Brookhaven. They toured the grounds, even though it was raining. CEED stands for Center for Environmental Education and Discovery, with a focus on connecting people of all ages with nature, education and community. They offer workshops and programs for children and adults. It is located at 287 South Country Road.  It is an organic farm growing vegetables and herbs without pesticides or chemicals.
