Don’t miss the St. Patrick’s Day parade!

This year’s Moriches Chamber of Commerce St. Patrick’s Day Parade grand marshal has been announced as Mark Danowski. The 22nd annual parade will take place on Sunday, March 16.

Danowski, a dedicated community member, was born in Manorville. He met his wife, Missy on Main Street in Center Moriches. They have five children: their oldest son Jacob, oldest daughter, Sara, their middle child, Emma, and twin sons, Alex and Noah.

The 22nd annual St. Patrick’s Day parade will be held on Sunday, March 16 at 2 p.m. on Main Street. The parade begins on Lake Avenue and ends at Railroad Avenue and includes floats, fire departments, and pipe and drum bands. 

Also, the Center Moriches St. Patrick’s Day Dinner honoring Danowski will be held on March 14 from 7 to 10 p.m. at The Rock Hill Country Club. Tickets are $75; visit moricheschamber.org for more information.
