Have you ever felt you stood out... but not for a good reason? Like a bird who swims? A Charlie in the Box? Maybe even a cowboy who rides an ostrich? How about a spotted elephant? Then this spirited pub crawl is the place for you! Embrace your misfitism! Dress as one of the characters (or not) from the Island of Misfit Toys on Saturday, Dec. 21 at 4 p.m. at the Portly Villager. We’ll be at the Portly Villager from 4 to 6 p.m. We’ll then visit the Sayville Athletic Club, the Station Pub and the Bait & Tackle. Many go hungry each day. It’s even more difficult for the destitute during the holidays. That is why 100 percent of all monies raised are going to Sharing a Meal soup kitchen. If you can’t attend but want to help feed the hungry, we’ve listed a QR code so you can do that. Get into the holiday spirit! Be a misfit!
